Broken dresser, rude delivery

For the price and wait time of this product, I have to say very unhappy with the service. The item was delivered late and on top of that severely damaged. The driver and his wife, which delivered out of their personal vehicle, were rude to my family, forged my name on the papers, and refused to take back the damaged dresser. The company then stopped taking calls and responding from delivery. Reached out to store, and now dealing with them. Item has a two year warranty, this should have been taken back right away on site, since it was refused, and another dresser, with another deliver company, should be used to bring it to us. Will not be shopping from them again. The only reason I am still attempting to resolve this, is because it is a gift for my kids and our grandbaby and it is the dresser our daughter wanted for the nursery.

this piece of furniture is beautiful. I think it’s very expensive and question my daughter, but she wanted that we did receive it and it is a beautiful made a dresser set. My only complaint was the delivery on this piece of furniture. They kept it for about two weeks in the shipping building because they had no one to bring it to our home.
