I needed this years ago!!! I have been using the open blade strap cutter that I thought was the best since it was made of metal and cost a lot more than this strap cutter. Having read the instructions and looked at a video it was one of the best leather experiences to actually cut a 1inch strap 40 inches long that was perfectly straight. No waves or dips in the edge, just a straight cut strap.
