Shingles Cream

Received wrong item from what I ordered

Did not receive “Shingles Cream “ but instead you sent me the excema psoriasis cream. Also I received no response when I wrote to question the mistake. Your comments would be appreciated. Thanks.

Cream formula

I’m not sure if the formula has actually changed compared to one year ago, but the cream used to be “lighter” and fluffier for lack of a better word. It does the job, but it does seem more “sticky”. I wish it would go back to the old mix. I now see that there is no longer a label that says it is noncomedogenic.

Disappointed

I am extremely disappointed that apparently the formula for this product has changed. I have used it for several years with good success. Now it’s very tacky with an unpleasant smell. Unusable to me.
