Good products & good service
We bought a desk blotter and blotter paper for my spouse and a leather blotter with initials for me. We got a great customer service call on an out-of-stock item to say "we just found 'x' in the warehouse. Would that work for you?"
Two suggestions to improve the gold embossing of the leather products: first, offer a sans serif option for the font; second, correct the printing of periods: I had my initials embossed and the period are almost subscripts--they are half below the line of the letters and they belong on the same line.
