Not firm as expected

Not nearly firm enough, this can’t be 8/10; not at all what I expected, disappointing

Had far more nights where I stayed asleep all night not. Surprisingly the dawn is softer than I thought, and the pillow is far better than any pillow I've bought.

Too hard

I knew I needed something firmer but this is like sleeping on a rock. I'm getting it exchanged for the Dusk to see if it is better.
