Love my bed
I've had my Helix Twilight 6 months now. Wait the recommended time to break the bed in, I belive its 30 days, the bed became more comfortable as the time passed. I sleep wonderful, as a side sleeper, this is hard to find in a mattress. I did get the cooling and extra support option. I do not overheat, I'm well supported. For the price, it was money well spent, as a great night's sleep is priceless!

Very pleased first time Helix customers
We are senior citizens who have switched from king mattress to two twin xl, to minimize movement shared. The Twilight with cooling topper is comfortable. Some nights better than others, but that might be our own fussy natures and needs. We for sure LOVE the customer service we have experienced! That being said, we are wondering about the mattress protectors we bought with the mattresses - they slip as we get in and out of bed. The cooling topper against the mattress protector is the culprit. Is there an insider tip to change this slipping? Thank you!

3 months in - great mattress
I love this bed, I’ve had it about three months and have no complaints so far. Perfect firmness. I sleep in every conceivable position (side, back, stomach). Buying online without trying it was nerve racking, but it turned out great. They had accidentally sent me a sheet set instead of a mattress topper with my order, but they resolved it quickly and without any issues. Pretty happy so far.
