Comfortable, Appear Well Made

From the off these felt really comfortable, well almost. I always buy size 12 shoes and these feel a tiny bit smaller than other 12s that I have. Not serious enough to return them, and not serious enough to not wear them, but they're just a little snug compared with other shoes. Having said that, in every other respect they're comfortable and supportive - the sole has a degree of stiffness which certainly helps define it as a walking shoe and not a 'trainer'. I haven't had a chance to test how waterproof they are yet, but every aspect of the construction that I can see and feel gives me confidence.

The best walking shoes

This is my fourth pair of Meindl walking shoes in as many years. I cover a lot of miles and these shoes have never let me down. They’re hard wearing and comfortable.

Great shoes

This is the second pair I've bought after having my first pair a few years ago. They're brilliant, comfortable and waterproof. Can't recommend highly enough.
