Nice looking pen that writes smoothly. Down-graded one star because I did not receive this item in time to give to the intended recipient. It took 11 total days to ship. I ended up having to go to the store and get something else because it did not arrive in time to give as a gift.

Need clearer with your promotions

The pen is advertised with free shipping. Never said Hawaii was excluded. As for the pen I wish the inscription was clearer.
