Shipping was super quick, was expecting the order to arrive after Christmas (because of me ordering it late in the month). Order was shipped out the next day and arrived earlier than expected. Packaging was A+, quality was superb, and each piece is beautiful highly recommend.

Great product, unfortunate return policy if not the right size

I like their products and this collar is exceptionally soft leather and a nice low profile. I ordered the S/M, but after testing the size, would prefer the M/L. Unfortunately, even though not used and with all original packaging, it’s non/returnable, even for a straight exchange. I fully understand such a policy for toys or items that may have a hygienic risk, but this is a strap of leather worn for the neck. Luckily 99% of online merchants recognize the need for exchanges for sizing. Not UPKO. Thing twice before you buy.
