I ordered one briefcase and two large leather weekend bags for my grandsons for Christmas. Very impressed with all the items. Love the personalized note inside each handmade item! Customer Service was great in helping me change the position of the monogram initials. My only suggestions would be better clarification on monogram field and on shipping invoices received after delivery.

Working on using the new case.
