Great knives

We bought a couple of knives directly from them while we were in Japan. Once we returned, we realized we wanted an additional Gyuoto knife with the bevels. All these knives are absolutely excellent quality. We also took this opportunity to buy the whetstones to sharpen our knives. This particular knife is great for every day use in a home kitchen.
