My cross bag is fantastic but the strap was worn out after three years. I haven't changed the length more than a very few times. I had to buy a new one because there were starting to hang loose threads. It's an expensive strap and I think it should last longer.

A great find in the heart of Amsterdam

I was walking with my sister (a great shopper) and passed O My Bag when a black bag caught my eye. Went in, loved the bag but could not buy it because I no longer can hang a bag on my shoulder. Saleslady found a perfect strap and I am perfectly happy. High quality merchandise married to High Quality staff. A real find.
