When I got the kit I had trouble because the screw wouldn't screw into the camera mounting plate. I happen to have a small tap that I could re-tap the threads so it would screw in properly. I have been out using my camera with the Tether Bail only twice sine putting it on, It has work fine, the way I use it as a backup safety to make sure my camera is safe.

Tether is great but can be improved.

I like the tether; but it needs to have a swivel incorporated into it.
