Love the whale BUT impossible to adjust fit. Can’t get it over hand

Service great, but disappointing product

I bought a whale bracelet on a teal cord. I read that the cord is adjustable to wrist size, but I thought it would be a stretchy cord, so that once I got the right size, it could be taken on and off easily without adjusting every time. But the cord is not elastic, so it has to be unwrapped and re-wrapped every time it is worn. I bought it for my young granddaughter and she is not about to fiddle with it every time she wears it — so she stopped wearing it. If I can find it in her playroom, I will try to buy some elastic cord to replace your teal cord and maybe get it back into her fave box. I suggest you post on your website a video showing a person putting it on, adjusting it, and taking it off. That will clarify exactly what the product is. If I had known the cord is not elastic, I’d have known not to buy it. I have the tiny round whale necklace from you that my husband gave me last year, which I love. If you can advise me on the bracelet problem (maybe I’m not understanding how it works) I’d be very grateful and love this item too. Plus I could do the same for the black manta ray you kindly sent, to make it usable for my little grandson. Thank you!
