Although I was really appreciative of the speedy turnaround time from purchase order to delivery, I wish I was given more information and perhaps more caution on the fragility of the products I purchased, that were not particularly inexpensive. Both items broke within 24 hours. I couldn’t use the backdrop for the birthday party as it broke when it fell off the wall. I wish it was recommended that the holes were made for more secure hanging. I had to duck tape the cake topper to make it work because that also broke. I appreciate the discount code for future purchases, but truth be told, I do feel ripped off with the quality of the products. I think more warning is needed.
