Sent wrong thing but made it more then right they have great products and great customer service they will go beyond to make it right and keep a customer unlike most companies will continue to shop with them

Horrible customer support they say follow the instructions mind you I did not receive with my order. My package was ripped open. The instructions they sent via email did not work for me. The audio shop tried anything and it does not work. I’ve called 4 days in a row multiple times a day no response. They will chat with me on Facebook messenger briefly then quit. Would not recommend to anyone or use them ever again. A refund would not satisfy me considering I paid them had to pay a shop to install them take off also.
