Patriot Hat

I cannot express how disappointed I was in this hat. There is a large wrinkle in the lower left corner (facing the hat) on the front of the hat. The embroidery is flat. I was expecting it to be bolder and thicker like all the others you sell. Also, in the pictures, the hat had an American flag on the back in the center. There is no flag whatsoever, anywhere on the hat I received. This hat comes to almost $50 with shipping. I was expecting outstanding quality for that price. I am returning it, but having difficulty doing that as the company wants a picture, and I cannot do that-- I don't know how. I don't understand why an item cannot simply be returned for a refund if a customer is unhappy with it.

Love the Patriot hats!! I love all the different colors and styles...I have 2, wish I could afford to have more!!❤️

Had to add this one to the collection, definitely a favorite and frequent hat going forward.
