As soon as I put this sports bra on, I immediately felt comfortable with adequate support. I have been able to wear this bra during a run and during a weightlifting workout. This bra holds up well with each activity, and it really seems like that most comfortable sports bra that I now own. I really like the cell phone pocket in the back of the bra for days that I have training runs!
