It does its job well enough. One star loss for being plated instead of stainless (257 Gourmet). It does eventually rust and needs replacement. Other than that, no negatives.

Shipping error

I was shipped a warming grill that was 1/2” too wide for the grill. One phone call and an email to support and they shipped the correct one immediately at no charge. Really good customer support.

Great replacement rack.

I bought my 357 Pro at the HB scratch & dent sale last year and it didn't come with the embossed upper rack. I contacted HB and they were able to get me the correct rack for this grill. Hats off to HB's great customer service.
