It took nearly two weeks to arrive (I paid for 48 hour shipping), so by the time it got here, I'd forgotten the instructions from my physio. I'll see her again tomorrow and hopefully start to use it then. Also I was surprised to see no care instructions, and I would have liked some kind of hard case, or at least something more substantial than a net bag to keep it clean and safe in. Sorry to be negative, I hope it will help me despite all my grumbles :)

Delivered quickly and discretely packaged. Great to use as can reach easier. I can feel my tense spots and I’m hoping in time this will help release them. Great product.
