A very nice book! Well done, and a joy to read!

My mother read many of Beatrix Potter’s books to my brother and I during WWII. My grandmother was the town and county seat Liberian; and the book from the library had only black and white sketches, but the effect impressed my brother and I. This book, brings back many warm family memories.

Beatrix Potter's stories take me back to days of wonder and discovery and imagination. I was startled to realize that this Baby Shower gift to a grandchild could still entertain a grizzled old warrior with advanced degrees and years in the military. Recommended for all humans who have not finished growing up!
