Friendly company; could use some improvements on a few points. Would purchase from them again.

Prior to purchasing I sent an email asking if these add-a-leafs were in stock and if they came with the center pin and pads and CCE promptly replied that they were and did. I then went through with the purchase online and it was crickets for a couple of weeks. I emailed asking about the delay and also to revise the ship-to name on the address as I was using a shipping holding company in the US since I live in Canada. Again the replies were quick, but the add-a-leaf was not in stock, and my address was not modified. So positive points for quick communication, but some deducted for inaccurate info or unaddressed requests. Flash forward to receiving the add-a-leaf and they came well packaged and equipped with the center pin and pads. As another review pointed out (so no surprise I guess) the center pin is a smaller diameter than stock so the leaf is able to float around. Additionally (again no surprise) it lacks the secondary hole used to ensure the leaf doesn't become misaligned, with the factory alignment pin. At this point, you think CCE would have figured it out with Deaver to add that feature and ensure the center pin and holes matched the Colorado/Canyon springs. Given that this is an exclusive product it makes sense that these updates would have been made. I used the correct diameter pin from another source, and drilled out the center hole on the leaf. Also the leaf does not come with extra steel shims that are used between the leaves on the factory pack. the product requires modification to ensure a factory fit. Once installed, they do the job. Time will tell if they stay quiet due to the lack of shims in between the leaves. 3.5-4 stars. Not a bolt in product unless you're ok with a less than factory fitment.
