Quest Decks: Eldritch Omens

The cards are decent quest boards, but hardly have any unique content or any substance that might lead to a quest. These are also hardly "Eldritch" themed. You still gotta build out like 95% of it. I think there's a difference between leaving it open ended and what's done here. Heck, even some idea of what the quest is pointing to would be useful. These are useful for a glimpse of inspiration on quests, but not actual quests or ideas.
