Very easy company to work with on warranty. Im about to put this new reel through its paces if we get some water in these rivers in SE Mo and NE Ar.

The reels work flawlessly with a super loud a strong clicker. Had a fish pull a pole in the river(didn’t set the clicker too many beers) when the river went down 2 months later found pole and reel, they still stood by the warranty. Awesome company
