Use hot water over 1 umeboshi and some red shiso leaves to make drinks. Simply refreshing and helps to quench thirst instantly. It seems to regulate my blood sugar as well.

This umeboshi plum is not easily found in retail stores so i have been getting from here for years. They are very good for indigestion and stomach discomfort. If cook it with kudzu powder, it is a very good remedy for stomach issues.
