1960 Mint Proof Set

I just received my order today and it was opened, if I new the envelope was going to be torn apart I would have not purchased them, I know it doesn't specify whether they are sealed or not but it takes the excitement out of coin collecting when someone else has already got the good coins, I should have spent another 5 bucks and got one that was still sealed from the mint. But I have the set so I'm happy about that.
