Anywhere diffuser

Replacement of my diffuser went well however one of my diffusers I have two anywhere diffusers and one has a light on on the bottom of it that I don’t know why it’s there. I called last Wednesday and today is Tuesday almost a week later and I have not heard back from anyone regarding the lights on the bottom of the anywhere diffuser. Deago is the person that took the call.
