Perfect size, easy to use
Perfect size, easy to fill, can use home-made gel or liquid, easy to clean, can carry in jacket pocket or small bike bag. Very happy with my flasks!

Unsuitable product & company unresponsive to multiple requests to return over 10 days
Hard to open, bought them for racing, too difficult to use. Company says can return but multiple attempts (both through their email and their message portal online) has led to not one peep back after 10 days. I wouldn’t trust buying from this compny again and will complain to my credit card company shortly.

Love it!
I have been using them for my long runs and plan to use them for my marathon this weekend! It is a great way to make my own endurance drink.
