This tunnel trap was very much needed as the 3rd cat in a group of 3 kittens I could not trap. He had seen his siblings enter the standard trap and wasn't going in the standard trap. I acclimatised him to the tunnel trap with food first without setting it, I used hesian fabric to line the floor and roof. Cats like this natural fibre. This trap, like many, won't work well in the wind, need a still night and a flat surface. I recommend acclimatising the cat to eating inside inside first. As a curious cat could jump on it and set it off, and only get one chance. So it's worth leaving unset initially. The tunnel feature is less scary for cats who are trap wise and like to see and entry and exit. Pleased to have found this trap and was sent out ASAP and arrived promptly delivered to my door.
