V2/V2Pro Battery

Once again, Alphard's customer service is second to none. I had a battery not getting a full 18 and one email sent and a replacement was being sent out. Makes me one happy customer and one loyal Alphard loyalist.

Was having trouble with a battery shorting out. Got a new battery and it solved the problem. Also installed the new wheelies. Tricky to get installed but finally got it. They should give you extra screws and nuts because it’s easy to strip them. But now, the cart is quieter and rolls much smother. Working very well now. Good to go!

Only ranked 2.5 stars, awaiting outcome of longevity of the new battery received...due to the original battery bought with Alphard system no longer charging/working after two years of use. Otherwise, system worked great when first purchased. I was very disappointed when tee-time was set, anticipating a great round of golf with my son, walking the course. And, I actually thought I would showcase the system to my son and purchase it for his birthday. Unfortunately, that will have to wait.
