Reached out to the owner later in the evening on a whim about the product I was curious about ordering. He responded almost instantly, I placed my order, and in less than 12 hours he had made the product and had it shipped. Received my product from the literal opposite side of the country within 3 days, and he even included an extra for me that I wasn't expecting. The actual fit and finish of the product is far better than that of a multi million dollar companies parts that came on the marker. Not to mention quality packaging that you wouldn't expect from a small business. Id literally go out of my way to order from him again.
