I would highly recommend the joint and muscle tea, not only does it taste lovely, but I have found it really helpful in relieving the long-term pain and tension in my shoulder and back. I use it in combination with the Zen Maitri joint and muscle balm (which is brilliant!) and my gentle daily yoga practice. It's worked wonders for me, thank you!
