Cute, but need design improvement

Very attractive pant, sit somewhat well, but drawstring tie is thick and unnecessary and ridiculously long, you have to tuck it in , and it feels uncomfortable.

Very speedy delivery to UK from US, really helpful customer service. Would highly recommend! These spats are really comfortable, and I love the design. The only downside is they are a bit thin and see through around the underwear area. I don't always like wearing shorts over spats (mainly because they slide around a lot), but with these I don't think I can get away with it which is a shame!
