DIY Photo Booth Rental

I had seen this type of product at a birthday party and knew I wanted my son and his bride to experience this at their wedding. Finding a local provider was not pissible so researching online brought me to Booth on Demand. This booth rental company is GREAT!! The ordering process was easy and their communication throughtout was friendly and caring. They shipped early and provided easy to follow instructions and paid return label with shipping instructions. They received the booth quickly and promptly sent the gallery of all photos taken at the wedding. I highly recommend this company for your event. Priced reasonable.

Customer service prior to ordering was great and they were able to ship the product out on short notice. However, during set-up at the event, we realized a key component of the photo booth was broken which rendered the whole apparatus useless. We could not use it at all which was incredibly disappointing. Yes, the props were decent quality but when the result is a photo - can anyone really tell the difference. And set-up was more involved and took longer than anticipated. In hindsight, wish I would have gone with an option that was more plug and play. And it’s been almost 12 hour since I reached out to the company about the issue and so far, crickets…
