Matte top coat from Joya Mia
In the last year or so I started to really like wearing a matte top coat but couldn't find any good quality brands until I found this one. This matte top coat is like velvet, and it applies very smooth and easy. I would highly recommend this to anyone who wants to try matte colors, it is affordable too.
