I am a returning customer and so I was not surprised at the outstanding service and amazing products I again received this time around, however I felt it would not do justice to simply move on and take that as a given without providing some feedback on my experience with you. Whilst it is readily apparent to anyone who knows a little about the history of Lock & Co that there are intangible qualities which can impart a wearer with a sense of satisfaction, my experience with your headwear has taught me that it is truly the workmanship and experience that has gone into them that make them what they are. The way that your Tremelo caps take such little time to naturally conform to the wearer's head shape (and this seems to happen as quickly regardless of material as I have the cap now in three very different materials) is simply wonderful. In under a week you feel like it is a trusted companion that has been with you for years and in my case I have no doubt that these caps will indeed be with me for many years. Thank you and please keep up the amazing work that you do.
