Excellent customer service

I ordered a mug and they sent me the wrong one. It arrived on the 22nd December and was a Christmas present. I emailed them to let them know and didn’t expect that it would be possible to get the correct one in time for Christmas. They emailed back immediately apologising and couriered the correct mug so we had it in time for Christmas!!! The mug is lovely and their customer service was faultless. I felt like they really wanted me to be a happy customer and that they cared about Daddy getting his Christmas present in time. I’ll definitely order from them again.
