Very opaque warm red, strange formula

The paint foams on the wall. It doesn’t run, it bubbles. Also it reacts with other colors by slightly bleeding through them. But it will cover any color with one stroke. It is on the warm side. Doesn’t clog caps, I used universal yellow ones.
