A Lighter Dark Roast

I've been switching back and forth for a few weeks between the French roast and my favorite Italian roast. My preference has always been for the darkest roasts I can find but I'm really happy I tried the Vienna roast. I purchased a sample bag and really liked it. My wife loves it and prefers this as her daily driver over the French and Italian. I predominantly use a French press every morning and the Vienna roast was very flavorful and smooth. I still prefer darker roasts but definitely keeping this in my weekly rotation.
