Ridiculous lid design, gorgeous otherwise

It’s gorgeous, but the design of the lid is terrible as I’m sure you know from the reviews online. I’m sure this could be easily re-designed and I will buy again if it is, otherwise when this one stops working, I’ll have to go back to another brand.

A lovely little teapot!

I'm a long time tea drinker and I recently decided to shake up our habit a bit with a new teapot. I did quite a bit of research on function, design, user experience and then read the reviews and decided on PinkyUp. It's a lovely functional teapot that sits beautifully on our counter. Water heats up quickly and the automatic "off" feature, once water heat has reached the right temperature, is great so our little teapot doesn't have to be watched. We love it and it's changed how we enjoy our tea and that's just lovely.

The tea kettle is so stylish it looks great on my counter. It works well too. Very well made. Was delivered very quickly and packaged well.
