Natural Veg Tan / Double Shoulders

Great product!

WE GOT SCAMMED!! BUYER BEWARE!! CLEARLY SHOWS we ordered x2 ( the sizes BTW should be considered a suggestion with REAL animals because they all grow and shape just a bit differently!) SO- when we ordered a "DOUBLE SHOULDERED" leather 5sqft piece, THAT should have come from a single cow, looking EXACTLY as pictured above, 5 ft long. And then, if you order TWO of that, you should get... Say it with me, TWO pieces of that same general sized cow! So when THIS COMPANY TOOK IT UPON THEMSELVES WITHOUT CONTACTING THE CUSTOMERS, to CHANGE the order and just ship one "larger" piece - that's called bait and switch. Consequently, the "larger" piece ended up being more like 6.3sqft, much less than 10sqft total. Just EXTREMELY disappointed in the underhanded tactics of what was supposed to be a reputable company. And if it was just an employee having ONE off day and not caring, this is the lesson on how that can completely break your business with some customers. (They would charge to return)
