First month Using

This is my first 15 days using the powder product (Tangerine Flavor). Taste best with cold water. I take it twice a day. First dose in the morning 30 minutes before my workout. I am 52 yeas old male / fit. I use kettlebells for my fitness as well as calisthenics/self defense training/swimming etc. I can tell a difference in my recovery and soreness and I have been pushing heavier weights to my excitement. I’m going to try the capsules next order to test it out. So far I am pleased with the products.

It's really delicious. One day the fruit flavors won't be so bitter. Not their fault. They figured this out and I waited so long to try it out of fear of the bitterness. I was wrong.
