The item was received with damaged packaging. After limited use, I determined the product did not meet my expectations. I contacted customer service to initiate a return; however, the request was denied due to the absence of the original packaging, which was compromised upon delivery. I recommend sourcing this item from an alternative vendor that offers a more accommodating return policy. This experience has been unsatisfactory.
