I have reached out to their team with questions, and they have always been very responsive and courteous.

Great product, but...

I requested to have my canvases stretched extra tight, once on my order instructions, and once via phone to customer service. I received my order and not one of the canvases were stretched extra tight. I love your product, just a bit disappointed that my special request was not met.
