Wrong size ordered, no problem!

I recently ordered 2 tees as a surprise for my wife's birthday, and managed to get almost everything wrong - the size was way off, and while she liked the designs and colours, there were others she'd have preferred (unbeknownst to me, she already had a mental shopping list of items she wanted from the site). Despite the mistake being entirely at my end and me not managing to send off the return within the stated 30-day period, the team were always friendly, understanding and quick to reply. We're now eagerly awaiting delivery of the exact shirts my wife really wanted - and I have no doubt they'll be with us in record time, just like our original order was! Thanks for everything!
