My experience with this company has been great. They actually called me because I didn’t know I could personalize the mat. Then when I got it in I was shocked how easy it was to unroll it. No ends stuck up. It’s so pretty on my floor and I just love to stare at it. It’s so flat so no tripping and my dogs took to it fast. They don’t usually like anything new. I love this company and wish I had a place for more.
