Great craftsmanship, but won’t close when full

The bag is well-made, but if you fill each compartment and zip it, the bag will not roll and close. Maybe make the connections between compartments elastic, so there is stretch for folding/rolling. Or add an overhang to when the hook is — hook can be on an elastic too.
