#4010- Aero Handlebar Mount (Lumina™ or Mako™ Series)

Finally, a bike light mount for aerobars! Where has this been all my life. Easy to mount/unmount. Stays in place but does stretch so, readjust is necessary. Will buy this again.

Perfect fit, but the strap is a little flimsy for my heavy light. So lot of movement on the handlebar with an irregular terrain.

First, the mount itself is well made and sturdy. I was skeptical that a nylon strap would support the light firmly, but it does. That said, I hold back one star for a very obvious design flaw. The mount is only useable on the the handlebars. With an integrated cockpit (one piece stem and bars), the optimal location for the mount would be the stem. Why wasn't this mount designed to swivel so you can use it on your handlebars or stem? Frustrating to have it take up precious real estate on your handlebars knowing it could be centered on your cockpit and our of the way on your stem if it was designed with a bit more consideration. Overall, a good product but with a little more work could be a great one.
