I find the paper on the cap portion of the bottle very difficult to open. Sometimes my hands cramp so bad I need to use my teeth to open. The paper will not just twist off, as well as the little serration is hard to tear off. Otherwise I love the product and have had a subscription for many many years.

HotShot has been a game changer

I have been using HotShot since it first appeared. I was reading the hype leading up to its release and to be honest was extremely skeptical about its efficacy. I have had muscle cramping for years following physical exertion and have been very active in triathlon, running, rod biking and tennis. I live in Atlanta and especially during the hot summers at times would have truly disabling cramping that were difficult to relieve. Much to my surprise as well as joy, HotShot worked and continues to work and has become my go to for endurance events. I always have bottles on hand for my long bikes, run and triathlons and no longer have had to stop whatever I was doing to try and work through the cramps. HotShot really works!
