Need Better Guidance

This tool is actually very useful. I use it for scooping mineral powder to mix, and for cuticle pushing. I can't, however, I can't give 5 stars for this. The reason being that I would like to see a more clear video on using the tool with the remover. My first two times using the remover and tool, I left the remover on too long without realising it. Consequently, I ended up scraping to aggressively to get the product off, and damaging my nails. With a more clear video about how to use the tool for product removal, I would happily give 5 stars.
